Beer Caesars

So maybe my pictures don’t do it justice, but this is a damn fine drink. A slight variation on the ol’ Beer n Clam. It's perfect for a summer day or daily after work lol.

Ingredients

• 1 bottle of Beer (Coors Banquet for me)
• 1 cup Clamato juice
• 2 Ice cubes
• 1/2 Tsp Horseradish
• Additions to taste or depending on the day or time of year
• Today I will be adding a splash of Banana Pepper juice and 4 Banana Pepper rings.
• 1 shot of White Rum

Instructions

1. Add the Clamato to a large glass.
2. Add the Ice cubes
3. Pour in Beer to the top.
4. Add your preferred additions into the glass.
5. Stir that all up with a fork and have a Rum shot first. Delicious.
6. Cheers!

Additions are banana pepper rings, banana pepper juice, pickles, pickle juice, pickled beans, Franks Red Hot, Sriracha sauce, pepper, bacon rim spice, really whatever a regular caesar would get. Cheers!
